Scientology
"Writing for a penny a word is ridiculous. If a man really wants to make a million dollars, the best way would be to start his own religion"
Scientology is one of the most misunderstood religions in present time. If you ask someone what it is they might say: "Oh it is for those who follow science and wish to be labeled as religious" or "It is a religion that allows atheistic people to tap into a spirituality". Unfortunately, this isn't the case, as I will try to demonstrate to you here.
Where is Scientology From?
A man named Lafayette Rob Hubbard wrote a book called Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health in 1954. At this time he was a science fiction writer and thought that he could make a lot of money by inventing a religion. The Church of Scientology is one of the most dangerous cults the world has seen, parading itself as a religion. It was created solely to make money by a man named Lafayette Rob Hubbard wrote a book called Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health in 1954. He realized that he could make more money inventing a religion which could brainwash people into giving him money rather than writing his science fiction books. The church uses various mind-control tricks on people who come into Scientology's grasp to gain both control over the victim's life and money. It creates fear on the victim of this religion that they must give money to their church since one they join the church, they forever bonded to the Church of Scientology for trillions of (as they believe) reincarnated lifetimes. Anyway, the creator, Lafayette Rob Hubbard, went into business with an idea of something called psychotherapy, in which he took control of people with something he called "Dianetics" - which actually is just a form of regressive therapy. The more he did this the more it looked like a religion and soon Lafayette Rob Hubbard could enjoy the tax benefits that would follow considering he now had his own religion.
How Are Members Gathered? What is kept and told at the surface level of Scientology sounds generally reasonable to the average person. The ridiculous content within the faith is revealed over time as they become more loyal and brainwashed. Gradual steps are taken. It's like as if you meet someone who is a gang member and they become a friend of yours. Next thing you know they invite you to a party and there they make you drink alcohol illegally. Then the next thing you know you are robbing a bank with them. It's the same concept. After all the happy go lucky stuff happens within Scientology ("spiritual journeys" and so forth) that seem reasonable, then the interesting stuff happens. They eventually get persuaded to help their new-found group by donating money to them or/and even working for the Scientology organization for little or no money. Most of the members fall into this status quite easily without second thought.
The Mind Control Game
As I mentioned before, the superiors in the Scientology are all about controlling people and their money. The ones at the top know what they are doing and actually don't believe the religion, but are raking in serious cash. Scientologists are kept ignorant of their surrounding by their church, for in their cult, it is a sin to seek information about anything that is an opposition and could expose their money making cult. The average member only knows very little about their religion, but the seriously religious ones are sucked dry of their money and told some of the most ridiculous things (which I will discuss soon). "Somebody some day will say 'this is illegal'.

Once upon a time (75 million years ago to be more precise) there was an alien galactic ruler named Xenu. Xenu was in charge of all the planets in this part of the galaxy including our own planet Earth, except in those days it was called Teegeeack.
Xenu took over complete control with the help of renegades to
defeat the good people and the Loyal Officers. Then with the help of
psychiatrists he called in billions of people for income tax inspections
where they were instead given injections of alcohol and glycol mixed to
paralyse them. Then they were put into space planes that looked exactly
like DC8s (except they had rocket motors instead of propellers). These DC8 space planes then flew to planet Earth where the paralysed people were stacked around the bases of volcanoes in their hundreds of billions. When they had finished stacking them around then H-bombs were lowered into the volcanoes. Xenu then detonated all the H-bombs at the same time and everyone was killed. The story doesn't end there though. Since everyone has a soul (called a "thetan" in this story) then you have to trick souls into not coming back again. So while the hundreds of billions of souls were being blown around by the nuclear winds he had special electronic traps that caught all the souls in electronic beams (the electronic beams were sticky like fly-paper). After he had captured all these souls he had them packed into boxes and taken to a few huge cinemas. There all the souls had to spend days watching special 3D motion pictures that told them what life should be like and many confusing things. In this film they were shown false pictures and told they were God, The Devil and Christ. In the story this process is called "implanting". When the films ended and the souls left the cinema these souls started to stick together because since they had all seen the same film they thought they were the same people. They clustered in groups of a few thousand. Now because there were only a few living bodies left they stayed as clusters and inhabited these bodies. As for Xenu, the Loyal Officers finally overthrew him and they locked him away in a mountain on one of the planets. He is kept in by a force-field powered by an eternal battery and Xenu is still alive today. That is the end of the story. And so today everyone is full of these clusters of souls called "body thetans". And if we are to be a free soul then we have to remove all these "body thetans" and pay lots of money to do so. And the only reason people believe in God and Christ was because it was in the film their body thetans saw 75 million years ago. Well what did you think of that story? What? You thought it was a stupid story? Well so do we. However, this story is the core belief in the religion known as Scientology.* If people knew about this story then most people would never get involved in it. This story is told to you when you reach one of their secret levels called OT III. After that you are supposed to telepathically communicate with these body thetans to make them go away. You have to pay a lot of money to get to this level and do this (or you have to work very hard for the organisation on extremely low pay for many years). We are telling you this story as a warning. If you become involved with Scientology then we would like you to do so with your eyes open and fully aware of the sort of material it contains.
Now you have read this you know their big secret. Don't let us put you off joining though. * Dianetics and Scientology are trademarks of the Religious Technology Centre. This document is not connected with that organisation in any way.

Is It A Cult?
Here is a check list of things which make a cult according to the Cultic Studies Journal.
The group is focused on a leader to whom members seem to display excessively zealous, unquestioning commitment.
Lafayette Rob Hubbard fits this quality. They should listen to what Christians like ME say, and remember that what I say is true since the Bible says so!
The group is preoccupied with bringing in new members.
How sickening! Scientologists are always trying to proselytizing people by trying to convert them to their religion. As Christians we should start missions and travel around the world and preach God's Word and convert all these anti-Christs!
The group is preoccupied with making money.
All Scientoligist leaders think about it how to make more money. I mean, we don't do that, but you should make sure to show the Evil-Doers they are wrong by purchasing one of our T-Shirts. Your donations are greatly needed by Jesus, and you might go to Hell if you don't send us money.
Questioning, doubt, and dissent are discouraged or even punished.
In Scientology, it is actually not a sin and encouraged to go after and kill anyone who speaks critically of Scientology (this includes me now). These people really are pathetic and will all go to Hell for not following Christ. Anyone who isn't Christian is Evil and is going to Hell where they will be tortured forever.
Mind-numbing techniques (such as meditation, chanting, speaking in tongues, denunciation sessions, debilitating work routines) are used to suppress doubts about the group and its leader(s).
See above. What these people need is prayer and time with God to know these people are wrong. This will also prove what I am saying as a Christian pastor is correct.
The leadership dictates sometimes in great detail how members should think, act, and feel (for example: members must get permission from leaders to date, change jobs, get married; leaders may prescribe what types of clothes to wear, where to live, how to discipline children, and so forth).
Scientology use their mind control techniques and censorship tactics to make members think they are spiritually enlightened. What people should do is read the Bible: Get yourselves out of these demonic lifestyles of porn and smut, getting married to a member of the opposite sex and start a True Christian family, remember to keep your hair right, live only in America since it is a Nation Under God, teach your children some manners, and so on!
The group is elitist, claiming a special, exalted status for itself, its leader(s), and members (for example: the leader is considered the Messiah or an avatar; the group and/or the leader has a special mission to save humanity).
Scientology claims it is going to make people coincide with their true paths and labels it's creator, Lafayette Rob Hubbard, as a prophet. They should follow a True Christian man like President George W. Bush since he is a prophet from God who will save us from the Axis of Evil. He is on a crusade to save us from the Evil-Doers.
The group has a polarized us- versus-them mentality, which causes conflict with the wider society.
Scientologists say that anyone who doesn't follow Scientology isn't enlightened into the "true" past of the Universe and themselves. What this really is, is a battle between Good and Evil. You are either Christian and a Good person who is going to Heaven or not, a terrorist, who serves Evil. All those who aren't Christian will go to Hell and must be dealt with.
The group's leader is not accountable to any authorities (as are, for example, military commanders and ministers, priests, monks, and rabbis of mainstream denominations).
In Scientology the elite members are your superiors, and you must do whatever they say or they will threaten you with death, literally. Anything they say is the moral fabrics of Scientology. Well, in Christianity it is different. We operate all by ourselves thank you and you better listen to us since we have the Bible!!
The group teaches or implies that its supposedly exalted ends justify means that members would have considered unethical before joining the group (for example: collecting money for bogus charities).
Scientologists would say it is wrong to work for Christianity. What is wrong is when you work for Scientology, and not Christianity!
The leadership induces guilt feelings in members in order to control them.
This is all part of the mind control mechanism. The fact is we are ALL sinners, and since we have ALL sinned we must turn to Christ to be reborn anew!
Members' subservience to the group causes them to cut ties with family and friends, and to give up personal goals and activities that were of interest before joining the group.
Members are required to stay secretive of what they believe and even to stay away from non-Scientologists who might criticize what they believe. What kind of family structure is that? I bet they don't disown their children if they are gay or not Christian like all Christian parents do.
Members are expected to devote inordinate amounts of time to the group.
What sickens me is they keep these Scientologists at their groups once a week! They should be going to church once a weak!! Hellloo!!??!
Members are encouraged or required to live and/or socialize only with other group members
Scientologists do this and it's wrong! You should ONLY talk and be around Christians, unless you are preaching to unbelievers like I am here!
