stereotype pastor i have ever seen. You even call your self a pastor? Your should
be a dictator, not a pastor. You see, its people like you that cause conflict to
form on a outrageous level. Instead of accepting the differences the world has, you
encourage others to hate them and ignore them. "People fear what they do not
understand." a quote that is so very true, YOU cant even understand. Before you
judge others, I think you should take a look at your self. Who are you? What is
your purpose? Because it seems you haven't figured that out yet. Your probably
thinking why you have received an email like this. Well, its because you need to
get more accurate information on what your point is. You tell half of it..... And
that's it! How are you to get a point across, if you don't even have accurate
information? You have EVERY right to say what you want, iam not telling you you
shouldn't, but as a Christian AS A CHRISTIAN! You should know better than to point
at others. Its a job for a Christian to lead a non-beliver to Christ, but if that
person dosnot want it, then leave them be. Yes you want a non-beliver to come to
Christ, its a wonderfull thing when it happens, but they have rights to accept or
decline the offer. As we Chrisitans jam Christianity down peoples throats, it makes
us look like we are freaks. I came across a paragraph on the website:

 This information is so incorrect, its silly! This is not true... AT ALL! I have a
Atheist friend, and he knows iam a Christian and i know hes an Atheist. And i
accept him for who he is, not for what he belives in and same dose he. I found the
website by a google search on 'Furry's' or 'Furries'. My self being a furry. I read
the little article on Furries, and for starters 90% of the information given about
us was negative. and most other information was incorrect. ( Your only focusing on
the things that scare you as a christian, and to you seems different. So what do
you do? You seach your mind for things to brainwash the others, to hate and laugh
at them) Sure we have are differances, but so do Christians and other people.(Again

why?! To me its not very Chrisitan like. Just because a subculture Furry's like to

wonderful message of our Lord Jesus Christ, but for some of the issues you have
discussed on your website i am deeply concerned. for your opinions on gay marriage
you continually call homosexuals as "fags" and that they shall burn in Hell and
should die, or your opinion on having atheist friends saying that you should stay
away from them and that they are evil people. I have written not to judge but to
ask why? why these messages of hatred, for Jesus did not preach a message of hate
but of love and he did not come to condemn but to save. your opinions concern me
and I think give us as believers a bad name. i only ask that you please stop these
messages of hatred, or to possibly be less condemning.

Hello, I came across your website as part of some research I was doing regarding the
internet as a medium for religion. I carefully try to weigh in both sides of the
arguments provided, but I do not understand how such a webiste would be helpful to a
Christian, or in my case, someone who is trying very hard to understand the
Christian ideals and teachings as a valid selection for living a fulfilling life.
Even the contradictions that you address seem to negate your attempts to explain
them.
   
  I just do not understand why or how this site would improve a human being's mental
awareness or moral kindness. It seems very forceful and one-sided, leaving your
patrons to obey only what is said and not use the wonderful so-called god-given
gift of intellect to understand the world around them.
   
  For the record, I am an Atheist, an active and motivated member of society, in
school and preparing for a degree. I do not understand how a religion, which
should be used for personal benefit and guidance, becomes political motivation and
an institution through which Christians can determine the choices of others'
lives. We have laws to do that, laws made by this "great country" you seems to
admire for its righteousness. Do you truly think that our government needs your
help? I am not trying to be standoffish here, at ALL. If people choose to live
such awful lifestyles in your eyes, shouldn't it be their business and
consequence? I am not sure why you must codemn and force yourself into their
lives. If you believe God will punish them, wouldn't that be enough without you
jamming it down peoples' throats? That's the beauty of choice. "God" designed us
with brains that can make choices and weigh decisions. Now why would we have that
if we were not meant to employ it somehow
 in our short lifetimes?

Dear Pastor Jim,
 I came about your wonder full site quite by accident,
while searching for pastoral help and guidance with
regards to self pleasure and masturbation. I am now a
single mother aged 44 with a son just turned 13. My
only experience of masturbation with another female
was at the age of 9 with my own sister this was I

The bible contradicts itself in many ways.

 When you say "kill all fags" you are a sinner because the bible states in
the Ten Commandments "Though shall not kill", thus that is a sin! Also your
smartass comment on another person's e-mail "The bible makes exceptions for

Hello I was browsing through the web and noticed your website. I saw the 
message that you had for the world at large and have a few opinions of my 
own regarding this.

1. In the bible it says love thy neighbor. This does not mean to force your 
beliefs on them if they are different from yours, nor does it mean to try to 
incite violence toward any group you don't like.

2. These people are expressing themselves in the way they choose to. They 
are not trying to lure you into bestiality and they are not doing bestiality 
themselves. Most furries find the concept abhorrent and the websites are 
simply places for them to post their work. They are not getting angry at you 
because you paint pictures of Jesus being tortured on the cross. So to 
should you not bash them because they are drawing pictures that are 
appealing to them.

3. Here is a quote from the religion you claim to follow. "Be true thine 
self and thou shall be true to god." I find it interesting that you seem to 
ignore this tenant so conveniently when it should and does apply to those 
whom choose an alternate lifestyle. This includes Furries, Gays (men and 
women), polygamists, and various other lifestyles that don't agree with.

4. I have never seen a furry incite violence toward another except in self 
defense. Through out history christians have said that they are a peaceful 
religion and that they promote love of all. Yet it is christianity that has 
caused 90% of the religious wars simply because you want to force your 
beliefs on others. I guess I could not expect anything else from people whos 
symbol is a guy being tortured or in some cases is just the torture device 
it's self. Remember the Spanish Inquisition? Yeah, so do I. For such a 
peaceful religion there seems to be an awful lot of violence done in Gods 
name.

5. If you don't want to look at it then you don't have to. No body is 
holding a gun to your head telling you to watch furry websites or furry art. 
It is not right that you try to inflict damage as you say to other people 
who mean you no harm what so ever. If you don't want to see it then don't go 
to the websites that contain it.

So if you insist on instigating violence then you would not be any different 
from the christians of the past. Into the future you march with every bit of 
hatred, intolerance and bigotry that you have displayed in the past. If you 
want people to see you as a role model for upright moral behavior then 
causing violence and hate is not the way to do it. If you would like me to 
make an appointment for a trip to the doctors office then I would happily do 
so for you so the doctor can extract your heads from thine asses.

Ok, I told you my opinion of your furry hate and I consider that matter 
settled.

The rest of your site I found rather interesting. You seem to poke as many 
holes in the bible as I did when I was a kid. (I got kicked out of Sunday 
school for using the Bible to prove that God was a hypocrite) I can see why 
many people have turned away from Christianity as they have.

While your website is incredibly controversial it also has some truth to it. 
To give credit where credit is due your bigotry against the furry culture I 
can't agree with but pointing out what it says in the Bible I have found 
rather humorous and i remembered a few things that I had forgotten since the

Hello. I'm not sure who to direct this email to, but I'm assuming it
goes to Pastor Jim Nichols. I stumbled upon your site the other day
when someone sent me a link to it. I must say my interest was
terrifically piqued. I was raised Catholic and have always been
critical of my faith, as it didn't seem natural to me, so I most
enjoyed your Catholic section. I was also piqued in another way, I
guess you could say. I understand that your mission is to live the
bible very literally, and I applaud your passion. But I am a little
confused about the racist statement in your evolution section
"Nigger-loving." That seems very hateful, and also hurtful toward
blacks, and from what I know of the true bible, hate is a no-no. As is
judgement. Matthew 7:15, but I'm sure you're already familiar with
that passage.

I'm certainly not trying to judge you, but I guess I'm just confused.
You go to every length to take the bible and live it at its word, and
again, that must be very taxing, so I admire your passion and
strength, but I do wonder why you do not take Matthew 7:15 to heart.
Do you not worry about that?

May I ask how, as your insightful and truly dignified slogan "vegetarians

Even the bible verse you claim to quote this from contradicts you.

Romans 14: 3
That one who eats any kind of food must not reject the one that eats on 
vegetables. And the person who eats only vegetables must not think that the 
one who eats all food is wrong, because God has accepted that person. You 
canNOT judge another person's servant.

Also, vegetarians do not live off only vegetables, and by not eating meat 
are not contributing to the enviromental damage that we are doing to God's 
earth, we are stewards for Gods earth and by not eating meat are helping 
mantain its ecology and protect it.

 You present some things that are false.  Your writing

gave about it are incorrect.  The original pledge was
written by a French man.  That is just one of the

You seem to be a good thinker.  Accordingly, I would expect you to not make such
blanket statements.  For example, I am a Christian and do not believe the earth to
be 6,000 years old (and the geneology in the Bible does not actually demand this). 
Furthermore, I don't take the Bible to be a science book.  It is theoligical
history.  Who cares if the scientific views of the writers are reflected in the
text?  The Bible is not a science book, so its nothing to fret over.  Unfortunately,
some Christians take it to be just that - and they sacrifice their intellectual
integrity for ignorant dogmatism.  Your reasoning is good (although I do not agree
with all your conclusions).  For example, I am a creationist, but I am open to
theistic evolution.  Although I take the Genesis account to be true, I understand
that Ancient Near Eastern history writing is not at all like our current method of
history writing.  It must be read in light of that.  It is very poetic and is
intentionally
 structured to convey theological truths concerning the beginning of the universe. 
Therefore, I am not a literal 7 day creationist.   There are thoughtful Christians
out there.  I am one of them, and I seek the truth above all things.

Absolutely hilarious.  Someone forwarded it to me with

nevertheless, great job.  I grew up a Jew in Southern
Alabama lived in the Bible Belt for 18 years, and now
I bear mental scars from doing shit like having to
"pretend" we were Christian so my mom wouldn't lose
her job.  Isn't freedom od religion awesome?

This is Akiros, and I am a furry and I'd just like to say that your website is so
off as to what a furry is that it could be considered satire. Furries don't have sex
with animals or want to, we don't all own plushes, we are not all gay or bi sexual,
we are not all interested in pornographic art, and we all aren't men. In fact there
are alot of women in the fandom, but you wouldn't know that because you only buy
into what the media has to say about us. Anyway all of that I really couldn't care
less about, I mean getting made fun of comes with the territory. But whats bugging
me is you are saying that you can't be a fur and a christian? Well why not? Like I
said, furs are extreamly different than you believe and the fandom is so diverse
that yes there are christian furs that share every ideal that you would, every
believe and so on. I am not one of them, though at one time I was. My faith drained
because I find more christians are nothing like christians should be. You hate, you
condemn and you Judge. All these things are not christian yet you practice them all.
What ever became of leaving God to be the judge of a persons actions and nobody
else. The very title of the website infacts proves the hypocrisy for to say that you
are a true christian is to imply that others are not, in other words you are judging
them. You condemn us furs for what others do in our fandom, assuming we are all the
same. Again you are mistaken as no fur is like another, we all have our own beliefs
and principals we follow, not to mention Religions. And whats with all the hate
towards us, saying we are going to hell and all that. Well given the examples you
have shown on your website,you can't even talk about us that way as you have no clue
what or who we really are. 

How would you like it if we gathered up all the negitive stuff on the internet such
as children being brainwash when they can barely speak to regect scientific notions
such as evolution, or the true age of the earth, or how life developed on the
planet. Then followed it up with history and how the christians wiped out entire
cultures by forcing their beliefs on them, then showed some stuff on Fred Philps and
his wacko church, talk about old testiment ignoring new testiment then compare it to
judasism, and islam as they both share the same part in their religons, show news
articals about priests molesting little boys and then finish with the myth of hell.
Everybody who watched it would think christians were nuts too. In other words, do
some more research, actually talk to some furs and non furs that associate with
them.  Then put together a page about us, rather than one made up of total bull
which you pulled out of your ass.
