me.  Since the True Christian forums remain closed I was not able to voice  my 
concern there so I thought I would come straight to you.  In the Book of  
Genesis it says (1-26) "And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our  
likeness...".  My question is who is God referring to when he says "us" and  
"our"?  One of my friends has suggested that God was speaking to the  animals on 
earth who he just created, but that didn't seem to make sense in the  context 
of the verse.  I know you have been very busy of late but any help  you can 
provide would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you for your  time.

Jim, this is in no way a piece of hate mail. I do believe that Catholics are a sect
of Christianity. I will admit, that although I wasn't raised very well in my faith,
I don't know very much about it, but I know the main piece of information that the
Catholic church (and most other religions) promote: love and faith in a high power.
For Catholics, we have faith and love in our Lord and that's the end of the story.
Now, I understand that your opinion and my opinion may be different, but I'm not
going to say you are condemned for it. Personally, the only belief you need to
follow is one of Faith, Love and Peace. God promotes those three main ideas and if
He can believe in them, we all should to. So, my point is, that although we
Catholics worship our faith differently than others, we are still Christians, still
people with faith in Christ. Isn't faith the whole point of religion?
